How to Boost your nano LC-MS Performance and Throughput in Proteomics

This seminar provides an overview of discovery and targeted proteomics using the Thermo Scientific EASY-nLC 1200 system. Paul Taylor (Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto) examines the utility of the system in a core laboratory as it relates to reproducibility, carryover testing and cost savings. He discusses the EASY platform components: EASY-nLC systems, EASY-Spray Columns and EASY-Spray nano LC source, along with the EASY-nLC 1200. The modular design of this platform allows columns to be project and client specific. It also allows for systems and columns to be moved between all compatible MS instruments.
